Join Kai Lightner, Salt Lake Area Queer Climbers, Color the Wasatch and Cruxing in Color for a FREE day of climbing and community at the first ever International Climbers Fest Climb United Meet-up!
To be mindful of individuals’ needs, we may subdivide into smaller groups the day of to best accommodate personal needs and obstacles while maintaining an appropriate group size. Please note that this is not a guided session, and no official climbing instruction will be provided. That being said, we will lean on the authentic mentorship within this community.
Who Is this for: We encourage participation from BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Adaptive, Plus Size climbers and self-selected allies.
When + Where: Meet at Rock Shop at 10 AM. OR if you would like to demo shoes or carpool, meet between 9 - 9:30 AM at the adidas TERREX/ Five Ten booth to borrow demo Hi Angle climbing shoes (for the day) and around 9:30am to carpool up to Rock Shop (35 minutes)!
Cost: FREE FOR EVERYONE, no Festival registration required
What to bring: Climbing shoes, chalk, crash pads (if you have any)
